Notes: By designating Lithobius svenhedini Verhoeff, 1933 as type species of Chinobius, Matic (1973 - Annals zool. Warsz., 30: 34) validated the genus-group name, which since should be cited as Chinobius Matic, 1973 according to Jeekel (2005 - Myriapod Memoranda, suppl. 1: 14). Synonym of Lithobius (Pokabius) Chamberlin, 1912 according to Attems (1938 - Mémoires du Muséum National d'Histoire naturelle, n.s., 6: 344).
